The Propel Process

Stage 1 – Discovery

We assess the state of your organization with audits of your current programs and administration of the Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ) for your team and leaders. The program needs to be woven into your culture and programs to be truly transformational.

Stage 2 – Insight

Our team of experts will integrate the information we gathered in Discovery to determine where you want to go. Then we will work with you to create an Action Plan that is balanced, effective, and aligned with your organization’s diversity and inclusion goals.

Stage 3 – Action
