Bringing 30 years of business leadership experience, Robert consults to companies, helping them align their growth initiatives, navigate change, both internally generated and externally imposed.
Robert has held a wide variety of functional roles in companies from start-up to $200 million in revenues. Robert specialty is in the areas of strategic Sales and Marketing, Change Management and Organizational Development.
Robert earned a B.S. degree in Marketing from Drexel University and an M.S. degree in Organizational Development from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed the core curriculum of the Coaches Training Institute, is a certified DiSC trainer, completed the advanced course of the Inquiry Institute, and earned a Certificate of Distribution Management from Ohio State University. He is an active member and past President of Men Mentoring Men.
