aboutA message from Founder and President Stan Sherman, the Original Rocket Boy.

“I have a deep belief about “showing up” in all aspects of my life whether it’s in business or in life. I also believe that all of us have the answers we need within us. And if asked the right questions, the answers, direction, and proper decisions will emerge. These are important and crucial steps in problem solving and transformation. Bottom line it means being ready and available to help, guide and support. I like to shine a light on situations. If it’s a good situation, let’s celebrate and enjoy that feeling of accomplishment. And if it needs to change, I think “how can we make it, simple, clear, concise and repeatable?” Making it simple changes your perspective, and helps remove obstacles. If I see a barrier I want to work to figure out a way to fix it. Discipline and process are important. But to make a real impact, action needs teamwork and connection. That’s why I’ve combined a wide and diverse set of programs and services into the Propel platform. I’ve learned a lot of lessons in my career both domestically and internationally. So I know first-hand what it’s like to own and manage a business. I’ve solved a lot of problems, and I’ve found the best people along the way. With the services and people at Propel, we’ll accelerate your business, and connect you to your potential.”
